Lack social skills
Not conform socially
Not accept compliments well.
Not be fair to self.
Exaggerate what one imagines other people think
Not take on challenges

How To Build Self-Esteem?

Always make your thoughts positive and beneficial. Instead of focusing on your failures and mistakes, take notice of your achievements? This is not vanity. It is only recognizing your accomplishments and acknowledging your abilities.

Write down your accomplishments – List your achievements for the last several years. Remember all the challenges that you were able to hurdle and the obstacles you have been able to overcome. You will be surprised to know that you have achieved many things in your life already. In moments of great doubt, you can always refer to this list and remember your accomplishments. You can continue to add to this list as you achieve more in life.

Always remember the strong connection between self-esteem and success. Improve the quality of your thoughts through listening to, reading, or watching inspiring words, movies, quotes, books, or videos.

What areas in your life you want to improve on exactly? List those areas for improvement here to reach your goal.

Set clear goals. For you to achieve a particular goal, you must first be able to formulate it clearly. If you want to lose weight, for example, that you want to have a 28-inch waist, or you want to lose 10 pounds.

Track your progress. What are your best strategies to reach the goal faster? If you have clear goals, you will be amazed at how things seem to fall in the right place. Every circumstance, every person that you will meet will help you in achieving your goal.

Remember that life is a journey, and the journey is more important than the destination. So enjoy wherever you are right now and believe that life only gets better.
